This Privacy Policy explains how Kirmani Enterprises LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with JobsCatch (the "Service"), an appointment and missed-call text-back tool for skilled-trade businesses.

Who this policy covers

JobsCatch has two kinds of people whose information we handle:

Account holders — the trade business that subscribes to JobsCatch.
Callers — people who place a phone call to a business phone number connected to JobsCatch and do not reach someone.

Information we collect

From account holders

Account information: email address, password (stored only as a salted PBKDF2 hash — never in plain text), and optionally your name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email, name, and account identifier.
Business profile (optional): business name, trade type, address, service area, business phone, business email, hours, services offered, and license/insurance details.
Mobile number and SMS consent (optional): if you provide a mobile number and tick the SMS consent box, we store that number along with a record of your consent — the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser user-agent. This record exists so we can prove your consent was freely given, and so we can honor an opt-out.
Business records you enter: appointments, customer names and phone numbers, quotes, notes, and message history.
Billing: subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.

From callers

Call and message data: your phone number, the number you dialed, the call identifier, the time of the call, and the content of any SMS reply you send to us.
Opt-out status: if you reply STOP (or END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL), we record your number and that you opted out, so that we do not message you again.

How we use information

To provide the Service: authenticate you, keep your session, and store the jobs, quotes, and notes you enter.
To send the missed-call text-back: when a caller dials a business number connected to JobsCatch and the call is not answered, we send that caller one automated SMS reply on the business's behalf, letting them know the business will call back and inviting them to reply with what they need.
To send appointment and account notifications by SMS to account holders who have opted in.
To honor opt-out requests and maintain the do-not-message list required by law.
To take payment for a subscription and to provide customer support.

Text messaging and your consent

Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data are subject to the sharing rules described below; text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your phone number to send you marketing or promotional messages. The only messages we send are the transactional, conversational replies described above — a reply to a call you placed, or a notification about an account you created.

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages. Reply HELP at any time for support information, or START to resume messages you previously stopped.

How we share information

We share information only with the service providers we need to operate JobsCatch, and only for that purpose:

Twilio — to deliver phone calls and SMS messages.
Cloudflare — to host the Service and store its data.
Stripe — to process subscription payments.
Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

How we store and protect information

Data is stored in Cloudflare D1, hosted in the United States. Traffic to the Service is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as salted PBKDF2 hashes. Inbound requests from Twilio are cryptographically signature-verified before we act on them, so forged messages are rejected. Access to production data is limited to the operators of Kirmani Enterprises LLC.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep information

We keep account and business records for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your account data within 90 days, except where we must keep records to meet a legal obligation. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely — we have to remember that you said stop in order to keep honoring it.

Your choices

Stop text messages: reply STOP to any message.
Access, correct, or delete your data: email support@jobscatch.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Update your profile: account holders can edit or clear their business profile at any time in Settings.

Children

JobsCatch is a tool for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes affecting how we use your phone number or SMS consent will be communicated before they take effect.
